     TimeKeeper® America (TKA) provides tracking software for facilities, equipment, instruments, personnel, DOCs, MDLs, and chemical inventory. Individual labs find many other applications.

     TKA features a “Look Ahead Scheduler®” that hyperlinks to manuals, SOPs, MSDS sheets and more. Secure reports document both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions and indicate instrument efficiency and technician proficiency. Reports print in court-acceptable format.

     Never miss an important date again. TimeKeeper® America software uses our technology of a Look Ahead Scheduler® to track all action items. TKA runs in the background and notifies the user when actions are coming due.

 

Email Notifications
     This feature automatically emails the Look Ahead Scheduler® each day. An email can be sent to the Lab Manager for all operators’ pending tasks or a filtered list can be emailed to each operator showing only their tasks!

Network Version    

     TimeKeeper can run on a single computer or be networked with multiple computers sharing the same data. TimeKeeper NT Lite is a low cost package for 5 simultaneous users. TimeKeeper NT allows up to 100 simultaneous users.

 

DOC - MDL Tracking
     TimeKeeper® schedules, tracks and securely documents Demostrations of Capability (DOC) and Method Detection Limits (MDL) data for NELAC compliance. Each operator is tracked per method for DOC – each instrument for MDL. Never lose sight of when a DOC or MDL needs to be completed. TimeKeeper® will also calculate data results based on user defined criteria for Pass/Fail flagging.

 

Chemical Inventory System – Reagent Prep Logs
      This chemical tracking system follows all chemicals and reagents from receipt (or preparation) to opening and from expiration to disposal. Link MSDS sheets. Storage, handling and ordering fields are included. As in tracking Instruments, Personnel, and DOCs; Chemicals appear on the Look Ahead Scheduler® when chemicals are about to expire or when they require disposal. Special disposal requirements can be documented.

 

Out of Service (OOS) - provides an electronic lock-out protocol that can include time, cost and repair information.
